Local Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Title Representative to process and maintain vehicle titles tied to credit union loans. You will manage title paperwork, place liens, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 3-month contract that could extend. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to handle confidential information are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain vehicle titles and loan collateral records.
• Place liens on vehicle titles.
• Process out-of-state titles in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Handle title suspense and processing functions.
• Answer questions from members and credit union staff.
• Complete required reports, paperwork, and documentation.
• Maintain and update files and records.
• Research and resolve title and recordkeeping discrepancies.
• Ensure all processing follows applicable state regulations.
