Community First Credit Union of Florida is seeking a Lending Representative I to handle title-related processing for loans and ensure lien protections. The role supports members and internal teams through the full title lifecycle.

Responsibilities include processing titles, submitting to DMVs and dealerships, reconciling titles and ledgers, and guiding lease buyouts. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of title regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in consumer lending, loan servicing, or financial operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Process titles for loans and ensure proper owner and lienholder information.
• Submit electronic and paper titles to dealerships and DMVs for lien placement and release.
• Track and reconcile outstanding titles and maintain records.
• Prepare lease buyout packages and guide title transfers for lease buyouts.
• Process loan payments and payoff servicing; verify funds and discrepancies.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and complete reports/audits.
• Respond to member, branch, and internal inquiries regarding title processes.
• Maintain professional standards and cross-train as needed.
