Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, and assist with end-of-day balancing.
• Explain DCU products and services and complete member requests.
• Achieve referral goals by identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products.
• Adhere to policies including security and procedures to limit fraud and losses.
• May cover other DCU areas such as other branches or Information Center.
• Submit ideas to improve efficiency and processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
