Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Worcester, MA is seeking a part-time teller to process transactions, assist members, and promote products and services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, while supporting end-of-day balancing and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior cash handling experience desired.
Customer service experience preferred.
Good verbal communication skills.
Technical skills including Windows and Microsoft Office.
Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing) and assist with end-of-day balancing.
Explain DCU products and services and fulfill member requests.
Meet referral goals by identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products.
Adhere to policies and security guidelines to minimize fraud and losses.
May cover other branches or departments as needed.
Suggest efficiency and process improvements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
