Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing.
• Assist with end of day balancing.
• Understand and explain DCU and First Tech products and services.
• Complete member requests and educate on cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to policies and security procedures to limit fraud and losses.
• Provide coverage in other branches or departments as needed.
• Identify efficiency and process improvement ideas and implement them.
