Qualifications

• Up to six months banking or cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED; knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Courtesy, tact and diplomacy in dealings with others.
• Customer service, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances and currency exchanges in person, by mail, or by phone.
• Issue checks, cashier/gift cards, reloadable cards and similar instruments; balance cash drawer and negotiables.
• Perform account maintenance and openings; answer and route telephone inquiries; relay messages.
• Promote products and services based on member needs; assist teammates as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
