Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and training on processes and procedures.
• Provides member service by addressing member needs, assisting with purchases, and guiding on self-service technology and checkout.
• Oversees area operations including merchandising, handling returns, managing inventory and ensuring store cleanliness and safety.
• Completes accounting records and cash handling duties, prepares deposits, and supports cash controls and reporting.
