Job summary

Sam's Club in Durham, NC is seeking a front-end associate to support supervision of team members, help with recruiting and scheduling, and promote our membership program. You will assist customers with purchases, process memberships and credit accounts, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling transactions at registers or self-checkout, maintaining merchandise availability, and upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g. cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates including assigning duties and providing guidance.
• Promote membership and assist with processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Provide member service by helping with purchases, using self-checkout, and locating merchandise.
