Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues in a timely manner
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas to ensure a safe shopping environment
• Provides guidance on self-service technology and assists with purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges
• Assists with training of associates on processes and procedures and delivers program rollouts
• Ensures compliance with safety practices and company policies while observing for potential security concerns
