• Support member service by providing information on membership types and benefits
• Process memberships upgrades and credit accounts and encourage renewals
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Prepare deposits and assist with cash handling and accounting records
• Lead and participate in teams to meet timelines and ensure work quality
