Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates
• Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches
• Process memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Assist members with purchases, self-service technology, and transactions
• Oversee area operations including creating merchandise availability and handling returns
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking lot and store areas
• Prepare daily deposits and cash handling procedures
• Support compliance with policies and procedures and the Open Door Policy
