Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Durham, NC is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to assist management in guiding associates, assigning duties, and coaching team members to deliver excellent member service. The role includes recruiting, scheduling, and promoting memberships while ensuring policy compliance.

You will handle memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, assist with purchases at registers or self-checkout, and help locate merchandise while maintaining store standards and a positive shopping

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: leading a front-end team and supervising workload

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties to meet goals
• Provide direction on member service approaches and resolve issues per guidelines
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote memberships
• Assist customers with purchases, self-checkout, and merchandise guidance
• Maintain area organization, merchandise availability, and store cleanliness
