Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Conway, AR is seeking a full-time associate to support front-end operations and member services. The role includes supervising associates, guiding customer transactions, and ensuring merchandise availability with emphasis on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, assign duties, train on processes and procedures, provide direction and feedback
• Provide member service by assisting customers with purchases, information on memberships and benefits, and resolving issues
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, returns, and cleanliness, ensure compliance with policies
• Handle accounting records and cash operations following store procedures
