Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at checkout.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe situations.
• Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
