Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Provide guidance on member service approaches and resolve member issues.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals.
• Support merchandising and cleanliness; handle claims and returns.
• Maintain financial records and assist with daily deposits and cash handling.
