Job summary

Sam's Club in Erie, PA is seeking a leadership-focused role to supervise store associates, coordinate Club Pick Up and other ecommerce operations, and drive excellent member service. The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and coaching teams to meet performance targets.

You will work with management to implement process improvements, address member concerns, and support store goals through effective staffing and training. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and guidance.
• Oversee Sam's Club ecommerce programs e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, and resolve related issues.
• Ensure safety of the facility and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with purchases, member questions, and service recovery.
• train, coach, and evaluate associates and monitor KPIs to improve performance.
