Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Beaverton, OR is seeking a friendly, service-driven Member Services Associate to join our hospitality-focused team. You will deliver five-star service to members entering, departing, and navigating their accounts, while representing a polished, high-touch brand.

This role leads a small Member Services crew, coordinates daily operations, handles membership changes, and answers inquiries with clear, courteous communication.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position leads the team of Member Service Associates and manages the operations of the Member Services department, ensuring that all Villa Sport members receive five-star service when entering and departing the club and when requesting changes to or information about their membership account.
