Job summary

Villa Sport is hiring a Member Services Associate at our Eagle, ID club. You will be the gatekeeper, greeting members and guests, knowing policies, and addressing their needs with a service-first mindset.

You will report to the Member Service Lead and General Manager, with benefits including a 401(k) match, complimentary club membership, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Memorizing the TI script, guest greeting, and phone greeting.
• Memorizing Fuel Center menu and nutrition information.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and set the tone for the interaction.
• Know and relay company policies in a consistent, professional manner.
• Assist members with their needs and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Report to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Services Associate is the gatekeeper. They will set the tone for all incoming members and guests. They will be expected to know all policies, adhere to all policies and relay policy in a manner that represents the Company in the best manner as well as helping the member/guest with their needs.

The Member Services Associate reports directly to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.

• Hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience to the role.
