Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking an entry-level team member to learn and deliver consistent, high-quality service at the Member Services Desk. You will provide accurate information on club operations and help across roles in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers early shifts, a 401(k) plan with match, free club membership, and product/service discounts, with emphasis on excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Opening Shift: 4:30am - 8am; Flexible end time.
• Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy phones.
• Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Previous customer service experience
• Bilingual a plus
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
• Five-star customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
• Committed and flexible
