Job summary

Villa Sport in Boise, ID is seeking Ambassadors to sell memberships by presenting club features, benefits, services and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming way.

Ambassadors will build relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activities and participate in local events as representatives of the club. You will be highly visible, greet members, and assist with inquiries, while enjoying a competitive wages, full benefits, PTO and a 401(k) match.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ambassadors will sell memberships by professionally and enthusiastically presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner. They will focus on building relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activity to generate and nurture new membership leads. Ambassadors will participate in local and community events as representatives of the Company to raise public awareness of the club. Ambassadors will be highly visible and approachable in the club, proactively ready to greet, meet, or help a member at any time.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.
