Job summary

EXOS in California is seeking a Substitute Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role you will assist and respond to member inquiries, conduct site tours, and promote club services to attract new and prospective members.

You will deliver an exceptional customer service experience, engage members to boost retention, and support outreach activities. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Energetic, friendly, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and be self-directed.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professionalism and polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist and respond to customer issues and inquiries.
• Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and connectivity.
• Grow profit centers through promotion of club services to new and prospective members.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for club members.
• Provide personalized site tours for potential members.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
