Job summary

EXOS seeks a Substitute Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional experiences to members and guests. You will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to growth and retention of our membership base.

You will address inquiries, conduct tours, and support outreach while maintaining a welcoming environment and high service standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required; full-time hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy and friendliness.
• Strong multitasking and self-direction to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; polished phone manner.
• Able to connect with, inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve member inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide personalized site tours for potential members highlighting club features.
• Create awareness of the center through community outreach and engagement.
• Promote club services to grow membership and profit centers.
• Support retention by fostering strong member relationships and engagement.
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and operations.
