Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior member experience at the front desk. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, process billing questions, and handle POS transactions with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency required.

• Strong listening and diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, tour, sign up new members, log amenities, share updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise sales at the point of sale system.
• Assist with new memberships, address changes, billing questions.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area.
• Regularly clean exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms and stock supplies.
