Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our Ohio location. You will provide friendly, professional service, assist with membership inquiries, and support transactions to create a welcoming, clean, and efficient club experience.

You will greet members, explain membership options, and assist with tours and sign-ups while ensuring accurate processing of memberships and payments.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle membership inquiries, transactions, and billing questions.
• Experience with club POS systems and front desk workflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain club cleanliness and order.
• Support daily operations and report issues to management.
