Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first contact for members and guests. You will greet people, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and help with account inquiries to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

As an on-site team member, you will support membership sales, front desk tasks, and routine club upkeep, contributing to the clean, positive, judgment-free environment Planet Fitness is known for.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• On-site work required.
• Professional, upbeat attitude.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframes.
• E-Verify for Utah locations and background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and promotions; conduct tours and sign-ups.
• Handle front desk operations, registrations, cancellations, payments, and POS activity.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety; respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
