Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process memberships and payments, and promote membership options in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include checking in members via the POS system, supporting tours and sign-ups, and maintaining a clean, safe club atmosphere consistent with our Judgement Free Zone culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in interactions.
• CPR/AED certification and tanning certification within required timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage member inquiries, account changes, and billing questions.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and explain membership options.
• Check members in using the club POS system; process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
