Job summary

YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative at Haselwood Family YMCA in Silverdale, WA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants both in-branch and over the phone.

You will assist with basic membership transactions, greet visitors warmly, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment. The position offers part-time hours up to 25 per week with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and office equipment.
• Able to pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good public relations with members and represent the YMCA.
• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in branch and on the phone.
• Greet and assist members, potential members and staff courteously.
• Assist with basic membership transactions.
• Respond to member needs and escalate issues when necessary.
