Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years SECU or related experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Must have demonstrated problem solving and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services and explain product information to members.
• Open and maintain accounts for new and existing members.
• Balance cash drawer and operate drive-through window as needed.
• Process transactions and assist with notary and foreign currency services.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree or CCUE Certification preferred
