Job summary

SECU seeks a Members Services Representative to support branch operations and assist members with account openings, maintenance, and general inquiries. You will handle cash transactions, perform teller duties during peak times, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach, with opportunities to refer members to advisory and mortgage services as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in account maintenance and opening all account types for new members.
• Process tax-advantaged accounts, wire transfers, foreign currency, and savings bonds.
• Obtain Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Balance cash drawer and vault; operate drive-through as needed.
• Provide referrals to Financial Advisory Services and Real Estate when appropriate.
• Organize daily documents and assist with member requests across channels.
