AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking entry-level professionals to join our branch network. You will interface with AAA members, providing insurance and membership services while receiving comprehensive training on a range of AAA products.

As you contribute to team goals, opportunities for advancement with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and a robust benefits package await. The role supports both in-branch and phone-based customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on AAA products and services to assist members confidently.
• Interface with members by providing insurance and membership services support.
• Support cross-selling goals and contribute to team targets.
• Develop leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Provide exceptional service in-branch and by phone regarding policies, billing, and other services.
• Assist agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
