Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is seeking an entry-level insurance and membership services specialist to join our branch network. You will interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support, with training provided and opportunities to grow through performance-based pay and advancement.

Responsibilities include assisting members in person and over the phone, supporting agents and life specialists, and contributing to team sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.
• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on AAA products and services to interface confidently with members.
• Help meet individual and team cross-selling goals.
• Benefit from opportunities to advance with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and internal growth.
• Provide exceptional service to members in-branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, memberships and billing.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; closed weekends/holidays.
