Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, handle inquiries, process memberships and payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming Judgment Free Zone environment.

This full-time role requires on-site work with afternoon/evening shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, and there are opportunities for advancement along with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work: no remote option.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and member experience.
• Ability to learn cleaning practices and policies.
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications required.
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications must be obtained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members professionally.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and respond to member questions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club throughout shift.
