Core Development & Management is seeking a Member Services Representative in Andover, Massachusetts. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, and performing membership functions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Assist callers with their inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy.
• Perform cleaning and sanitising of exercise equipment.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns.
