Core Development & Management is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members while ensuring a judgment-free experience. Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting club values, and resolving member inquiries and concerns.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Benefits include medical insurance, vacation time, and a generous 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet members/guests and assist with queries.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone to members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours.
• Execute retail transactions accurately.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness in restrooms and common areas.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns.
