Job summary

Core Development & Management is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide superior service to our members at Planet Fitness. You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment and assisting members in their fitness journeys.

Your role includes greeting members, addressing their concerns, and managing membership tasks. This position offers flexibility with options for full-time and part-time shifts, as well as benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified with training provided.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist them with questions.
• Promote a welcoming fitness environment.
• Resolve member concerns and answer phone inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
