Core Development & Management is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests at Planet Fitness. This role offers flexible scheduling options, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, resolving inquiries, and managing membership tasks while ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the gym. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to obtain CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Perform membership-related functions and drive sales goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of club areas.
