The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to members and guests while ensuring a supportive fitness environment. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, and performing membership-related functions.

This position offers flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time shifts, along with various benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and employee perks. CPR/AED training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Implement regular cleaning and sanitizing of club areas.
