You will greet members, resolve concerns, manage membership functions, and maintain club cleanliness while promoting a positive environment. This position includes flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet members/guests and assist with inquiries.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed.
• Perform membership-related functions.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to club success.
• Maintain cleanliness of club areas and address maintenance issues.
