Job summary

Core Development & Management is seeking a Member Services Representative in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. You'll provide excellent customer service to members and assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

The role includes greeting members, resolving their concerns, performing membership functions, and achieving sales goals. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to obtain CPR certification. Benefits include medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote a Judgement Free Zone by offering assistance.
• Resolve member concerns.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner.
• Perform membership-related functions.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment.
