Your role includes greeting members, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and handling membership functions. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, along with various employee benefits such as medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager if needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
