As a representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, assisting them in a judgment-free environment. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, and performing membership-related functions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to become CPR/AED certified, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
