Job summary

Core Development & Management is looking for a Member Services Representative in New Bedford, MA. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, assisting with inquiries, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and promoting club policies.

Qualified candidates will be at least 18 years old, CPR/AED certified (training available), and possess basic computer skills. The position offers flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and assist with questions.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone and connect with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate if needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Perform membership functions like sign-ups and cancellations.
• Achieve individual sales goals.
