Core Development & Management is hiring a Member Services Representative in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while assisting members, handling inquiries, and promoting a supportive fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet members/guests and assist them with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and assist with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups and billing updates.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals for memberships and retail.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the club.
