SECU is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the friendly face of our Towson Financial Center. You will engage members, educate them on SECU products, and deliver exceptional service with accuracy and efficiency.

You will coordinate lobby traffic, manage appointment schedules, and promote self-service through SECU channels. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in relationship building and retail banking.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the face and concierge in the Financial Center.
• Educate members on SECU products and services with referrals.
• Manage lobby flow and appointment scheduling.
