Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, updating contact/billing info, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and Recovery Zone areas; ensure restrooms are stocked and sanitized.
• Address maintenance and safety issues promptly and communicate effectively.
