Planet Fitness in Webster, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a high‑quality, welcoming experience in our Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet members, assist with check‑in, promote the brand, and support fitness journeys on a flexible schedule including full‑time and part‑time shifts.

The role involves handling memberships, answering inquiries, driving sales, and maintaining clean, safe club environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with check‑in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, updates, cancellations, balances, transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and uncluttered per schedule.
• Walk all club areas to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment.
