Planet Fitness in Hanson, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service, greet guests, and support membership processes on a daily basis. The role includes assisting with inquiries, tours for prospective members, and promoting a welcoming Judgement Free Zone experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter/exit; assist with questions and check-ins.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and Recovery Zone areas; maintain restrooms.
• Identify maintenance or safety issues and report/fix them promptly.
• Communicate openly, build relationships, and champion CORE values.
