Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, assess service needs, and direct them to the right area. You will handle DMV-related transactions where offered, provide travel resources, and assist with reservations and memberships.

Responsibilities include payments, renewals, notary services, and cashiering duties. You will contribute to member satisfaction and operate with Club quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience (Branch Specialist 1 or 2) required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills are needed.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform small accounting tasks.
• Prior use of a State DMV licensing system is required.
• Notary license within 1 year is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide requested services or direct to the appropriate area.
• In states with DMV license services, process registrations per regulations.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, tour books and travel materials.
• Assist with hotel/car reservations and promote memberships.
• Process payments, upgrades, renewals and notary services.
• Handle Travel Money transactions and ticket sales.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.
