Job summary

Total Community Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Member Services Specialist to join our Contact Center. You will be the first voice members hear, assisting with accounts, online banking, card services, and inquiries with confidentiality and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, member-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with computers and financial systems.
• Previous banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist members with account inquiries, online banking support, and card services.
• Process payments, order debit/credit cards, and support ATM/VISA issues.
• Open and close accounts and accept loan applications.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Provide friendly, accurate service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate members on credit union products, services, and promotions.
• Follow credit union procedures and financial regulations.
