Job summary

Total Community Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate to join our collaborative team. You will answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, assist members with account inquiries and online banking, and support debit/credit card services with a friendly, confidential approach.

• Comfort with computers and financial systems
• Previous banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
